Job Description
We are looking for a Atlassian Application Support Engineer for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting large-scale Atlassian applications in production environments
- Administration of Atlassian applications for Data Center and Cloud/SaaS environments
- Ability to translate business needs into Jira/Confluence configurations
- Proven practical experience in supporting and maintaining Atlassian applications
- Experience in administering Jira Service Management and software development projects
- Experience in administering the Confluence application
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
