Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project on hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in the banking sector
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and redesign, as well as customer journey analysis, ideally within banking products, channels, or operations
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories, ensuring alignment with the banking context
- Knowledge of or previous experience with IBM BAW or Appian (or a strong ability to quickly adapt to new platforms)
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage risks and issues with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English
