Job Description

We are looking for a Helpdesk (L1) for an on-site project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Experience in remote support for POS, Peripherals and DOMS
  • Experience in Software Deployment, Patches, Updates and Fixes (Windows OS)
  • Experience in Intune and Service Now
  • Good knowledge of Wintel microcomputing systems, hardware and software
  • Resident in Portugal – on-site in Lisbon (Essential)
  • We value proficiency in Spanish
