IT Business Analyst Manager

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst Manager for a project on a remote basis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a business analyst, with a focus on IT projects and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling and user story mapping
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
• Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g. JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) is an advantage
• Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
