Java Developer

We are looking for a Java Developer for a project on a remote basis in Portugal – residence in Europe is required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JAVA 1.8 or higher, ensuring implementation of best practices and full use of the language’s most advanced features
• Consolidated experience in Tomcat 9, covering the configuration, management and optimization of this application server
• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot 3 or higher, with the ability to develop modern, robust and scalable applications, using the framework’s full potential
• Experience or practical knowledge of WebSphere, any familiarity with this application server being valued
• Proficiency in CI/CD development, using tools such as Jenkins for continuous integration automation and GitHub for version control and efficient pipeline management;
• Knowledge of OutSystems, sufficient to carry out accompanied developments, even without being senior on the platform.
