Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a Java Software Engineer for a project on a remote basis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in Java development, including Java EE or Spring framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns and data structures
• Experience in developing web applications using technologies such as Servlets, JSP, Spring MVC or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, as well as ORM frameworks such as Hibernate
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git), build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle) and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage several tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
