Job Description
We are expanding our team with a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service or Commercial Order Management
- Experience writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements documentation
- Experience analyzing, discussing, and designing requirements
- Fluent Portuguese required
