Job Description
We are looking for a SalesForce Marketing Cloud for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder).
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL and JavaScript for personalizing and automating campaigns.
- Integration with Salesforce CRM and use of APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, data modeling and systems integration.
- Experience in managing and optimizing multichannel campaigns (e-mail, SMS, web, social networks).
- Skilled in A/B testing, performance analysis and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate technical data into strategic insights.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (desirable).
