Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant for project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce consultant
- Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, Expression Sets) and related best practices
- Experience with OmniStudio–Salesforce integrations and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Knowledge of the Salesforce data model and security model
- Familiarity with declarative tools (Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards)
