Job Description
We are looking for a Service Design for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in service design and transition activities
- ITIL v3 or V4 certified
- Proficiency in requirements management tools and software (Azure DevOps,Jira, ServiceNow)
- Experience of constructing service design packages
- Experience in managing requirements for complex or large-scale software projects
- Proficiency in English
