Junior Application Support Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.
Requirements:
- Experience in Level 2 (L2) application support and the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform
- Experience in managing and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical/functional issues in ERP environments
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident management, problem management, and SLAs
- Experience in application maintenance and implementing minor enhancements
- Knowledge of automation tools and/or GenAI (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with technical, functional, and service management teams
