Senior Application Support Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst for a project on a remote basis in Portugal.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Level 2 application support for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Solid knowledge of incident, service request, and event management
• Ability to analyze and resolve functional and technical issues
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defining preventive actions
• Proficiency in proactive system maintenance, ensuring stability and performance
• Experience implementing minor enhancements within defined monthly capacity limits
• Knowledge of and adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with automation tools and GenAI applied to process optimization and incident reduction
