Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar areas
  • 1-3 years of proven experience sourcing in IT market (Outsourcing)
  • Ability to perform autonomous active sourcing
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the IT industry

Main Roles:

  • Building and implementing sourcing strategies (Outsourcing)
  • Source, identify, and attract IT talent through various channels
  • Conduct interviews
  • Finding and engaging candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
