Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar areas
- 1-3 years of proven experience sourcing in IT market (Outsourcing)
- Ability to perform autonomous active sourcing
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
- Establish and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the IT industry
Main Roles:
- Building and implementing sourcing strategies (Outsourcing)
- Source, identify, and attract IT talent through various channels
- Conduct interviews
- Finding and engaging candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
