Talent Acquisition Trainee

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Availability and eligibility to do an IEFP internship
• Experience in recruitment and selection – valued
• Proactivity, good communication, availability, informality, empathy
• Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Degree or master’s in HRM or social and organizational psychology or computer engineering/management

Main Roles:

• Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good job opportunity
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills and experience in order to better match them to open positions
• Creating a network of IT talent contacts
• Keeping abreast of the various platforms and trends in the recruitment field
• Work with managers and staff to provide the best response to hiring needs
